For non- emergency calls to all divisions or personnel of the police department, use the business line at (216) 831-8500 and the operator will direct the call.
When reporting a crime in progress, have the following information ready:
• Location (address/business/streets)
• What's happening (nature of the crime)
• State your name
DO NOT hang up until told to do so by the Dispatcher.
